Remember that time it was windy?

Friday was trash day in Fishtown, and I almost wonder if they should just postpone trash–and more importantly recycling–pickup when there’s gonna be wind gusts of up to 60 mph. Needless to say they didn’t, and this is what much of Girard avenue looked like over the weekend.
