Hey guys, so maybe you saw my Tweet last week about how I’m now writing a few times a week for NakedPhilly.com!! Naked Philly is basically a real estate blog that focuses on changes in neighborhoods all over the city… It’s a really sweet blog, and I was soooooo excited they asked me to contribute, because you know I’ve got tons to say about how this city could/should be moving forward, and now I’ve got a great place to do that.

I’ve written a few things so far, so feel free to browse the site, but my latest is about the near completion of the Race Street Pier Promenade and why I think it may, unfortunately, wildly fail as a new great space for Philadelphia.
