Not to sure what to make of this, expect for the fact the lovely Ms. Taryn Zychal–who sent these photos in to me–can confirm that they’re new. Her best guess is that “it’s just a clever way to integrate and, more importantly, disguise ugly construction material into a neighborhood that (generally) welcomes the arts…” Either way, I kinda love it!!
