I might argue we’re over stimulated, but what do I know?

Been seeing these stencils around Center City, and I thought I’d throw them on here to see what y’all think…

    It makes me wonder what type of stimulation the artist was trying to express, as if it was a complete play on words that seem to come up quite often in the news.
