   I’m thinking this is likely the work of mural artist Meg Saligman. Her Facebook page lists an address of 831 Bainbridge.

   That fountain has been sitting out front for a long time. It used to have a little handwritten sign on it. I think it said “under construction.” Was always a bit of a mystery to me.
