Just found these in Northern Liberties. Does this have anything to do with steroids? I don’t pay much attention to sports, but I’m not sure what else this could be commenting on… Any ideas?

I have a few of these photos – in Center City. Found one on the pole outside of McDonalds at 17th & Walnut, about a month ago. The other is on Sansom Street around 15th or 16th Street. No idea about these either. I don’t think it’s a Phillies thing perse, but a larger statement and using the Phillies logo. Love to hear the theory behind it though.
