New Joe Boruchow Billboard, What?!

Found this Joe Boruchow BILLBOARD at 13th and Cherry streets yesterday, and I was all like WHAT?! Anyone know about this? I Googled a bit, but didn’t find anything.

Whatever the reason I love, love, LOVE this!! Congrats Joe!!

(And, by the way, you may remember this new cutout pasted up in Chinatown.)

    Joe was talking about that last night. He apparently told the guy who gave him the spot that he wanted the full frame filled, but alas it’s not.
