Studies Indicate A 40% Twitter Chat and Emoticon Illiteracy Rate

Just got sent this photo of a new paste between 2nd and 3rd streets on Chestnut by Streets Dept reader, Chase Harrison… Thanks, Chase!!

I saw one of these a few weeks ago too, with a different ‘thought’ in the bubble… I don’t know. They’re so simple/easy, but both of them made me giggle a bit, and I think sometimes that’s all you need. You know?

Has anyone else seen these around? Or are these the only two, I wonder?

There’s one around 12th and delancey I think on the western side. Or 12th and cypress.
