Nice shots! These were commissioned by EPX Civic with funds from the PA Dept. of Community & Economic Development. The building is a substation owned by SEPTA; artist Donna Backues did the panels.

Thanks for the post. “Passyunk Passageways” was commissioned by East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association, and the artist was Donna Backues. The large window to the side directly next to the existing paneled is designed, but still seeking funding for the fabrication:

East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association will hold a dedication ceremony later in the Spring at which we’ll install a plaque explaining the mural and acknowledging Donna’s role, as well as our funders. In the meantime, the link David provided above gives the whole story.
