Found on Poplar street (between 3rd and American streets) in Northern Liberties, I’ve been hearing a LOT about these mysterious pink spray paint and black roller skeletons being found around Philly… Specifically, I’ve been tagged in a lot of Instagram photos asking about them. But unfortunately, I have no idea about them or the artist behind them. Other then I find them wonderfully smile-inducing and I wholly support it!
