LOVE this new Mural Arts mural by Diego Romero on the Fillmore in Fishtown!

Titled ‘Honoring the Ancestors’, Diego’s mural is a portrait of his grandfather. As Mural Arts writes on their Instagram:

Diego’s design incorporates pattern work inspired by the Huichol people of Mexico, who honor the connections between their ancestors and nature.

This gate on the Fillmore is curated by Mural Arts and is rotated about every six months… See pervious murals on this gate by artists NDA and Nether!
