First Look into Arrow Swim Club
Considering the ridiculous luxury pricing, and the fact that you can’t even simply get an overpriced day pass, but must either buy an overpriced season pass or be a guest of an overpriced season pass holding member to get in–not to mention the whole douchey attitude choking the place–I highly doubt I’ll ever see the inside of the finished Arrow Swim Club. So, I took a little peek in today on the construction on my walk home.
Doesn’t seem like much of a “swim club,” but maybe they’ll compensate for the lack of a pool with the amount of cabanas and overpriced drinks? Who knows, who cares.
God, I’m sorry, I’m really never negative on this blog, but this place just really bugs the shit out of me.
It’s not just you. Many people in the neighborhood have gone into “WTF” mode.
I’m OK with them being 21 and over.
I’m not OK with them looking down their noses at those who live, work and play in the neighborhood and support its ecosystem.
This is a 5 month country club, basically. Locals need not apply.
