Ishknits Yarnbombs in Old City for Furnessadelphia
Furnessadelphia is TOMORROW, and Ishknits and I just headed out yesterday to Old City to pay homage to Frank Furness’ National Bank of the Republic (later Philadelphia Clearing House,) which was built in 1883 and has since been demolished.
Go check out Isknits installation on South 3rd street, between Chestnut and Walnut streets. It’s up for the month of October, or until a drunk bro tears it down.
And come check out the Furnessadelphia show happening THIS FRIDAY at Art In The Age from 6 to 8pm, featuring pieces by NoseGo, Ishknits, Nom Now, and Harlequinade!!
See you then!!
