Another Plastic Bag Bomb Pops Up at 24th and Locust

Found one of these plastic bag bombs at 20th and Spruce streets in November… Looks like someone’s done another one! I seriously can’t imagine how much work/time these take. Wonder who’s doing it? Either way, I think it’s incredible.
