Not sure who this is, but I love it!
Feel free to comment if you know… The piece is located at Hancock and Wildey streets on the edge of Northern Liberties on what appears to be a building currently being renovated into condos and/or apartments.

It’s Ephemeroh! I thought so, but I wasn’t 100%. Jeez, I need to be checking this person’s Instagram out every day with the amount of amazing work coming out of them lately!
