World-famous Brooklyn-based artist Jose Parla is coming to the Philadelphia Museum of Art on Wednesday, November 9 for a talk with Mural Arts’ Executive Director, Jane Golden!

Jose will speak about how his art has changed over time, and how his highly contemporary approach is rooted in the vivid style and traditions of Mexican muralism. The event is being presented in conjunction with the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s exhibition, Paint the Revolution: Mexican Modernism, 1910–1950.
