LOVE this!

Baltimore-based street artist Reed, who creates beautiful wire art, just came through Philly to install three new pieces. The flying pig in the photographs of this post can be found at 5th and Spring Garden streets in Northern Liberties, and the two other installations can be found at 2nd and Market streets in Old City, and Oxford and Broad streets in North Philly.

The trick to finding these installations is to walk in a circle around the intersection looking up until you spot them. Reed’s pieces are famously thin, so that the majority of people walking or driving through the intersection will not notice the artwork. Here’s an example of how hard they can be to spot when you’re approaching them from the wrong angle…
