If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you may remember that last September the HAHA x Paradigm artist-to-community program invited Chicago-based mosaic artist Jim Bachor to Philadelphia. During his stay, he installed three of his pothole mosaic pieces, two of which I documented back in September. I never found the third of his Philly installations to photograph. That is, until this week! (But I suppose you figured that since this post is filled with the photos from that discovery.)
