Yessssssss, LOVE this!

New mural by artist Evan Lovett (via V.U.R.T.) is easily my new favorite Philly mural!

Paid for by donations with the wall volunteered by its owner, the mural is the second installment of V.U.R.T.’s Local Critters project, the first being that famous pigeon mural.

When I asked the artist for a comment on the mural, Evan replied: “We wanted to paint something we see everyday, and we added the SEPTA token to tie it into the neighborhood and the EL.”

Token squirrel can be found at 2217 North Hancock street in Norris Square!
